Body Balance is a physician-guided medical weight management program designed to provide safe, thoughtful access to FDA-approved weight-loss medications, with an oral-first approach and long-term medical oversight. The program emphasizes simplicity, continuity of care, and patient autonomy — without unnecessary appointments or pressure.
Body Balance Core Principles involve FDA-approved medications only – focusing on an oral pill first, or an injectable if clinically appropriate and determined by AB staff. Body Balance enrollment provides medical access and oversight (not coaching) built on a long-term relationship model, providing a calm, white-glove patient experience versus being treated like a “number” with a “transactional experience” common in other “outside” or non-AB Med Spa weight management program models.

Body Balance exclusively utilizes FDA-approved medications for weight management. The primary medication used is semaglutide (Wegovy® Oral), with injectable options reserved for patients who require escalation based on response or tolerance (as determined by AB Staff).
